ORDER INQUIRY

Here are some items to know before ordering.

ORDER TIME FRAME

Wedding Cakes require to be finalized & paid in full at least 2 weeks in advance. Deposits of $100 are required for Wedding Cakes & are non-refundable. Custom Cakes require to be finalized & deposits paid 5 days in advanced. You are able to pay the remaining 50% at pick up. Cancellations are subject to this time frame also. A portion of the order may be non-refundable. Holidays and weekends book up quickly. We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. We are always here to help for these special occasions, so feel free to contact us!

KEY TERMS

  • ​Date of final payment is the final date for any changes. Any changes after this date cannot be guaranteed & may be subject to additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for any damage after set up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate & secure table & environment for the cake(s). Cakes require a sturdy table & optional temp. of 75 or below.

  • If you or representative elect to pick up & set up the cake, you assume liability & responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of The Chelsea Cake Co.

  • Our products may come into contact w/ milk, wheat, nuts & other allergens. You agree to notify guests of this risk & hold us harmless for allergic reactions. Fresh flowers and non-edible decorations should not be consumed.

  • Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of The Chelsea Cake Co. to complete the agreement & is subject to variants errors, accidents, acts of God, & other causes beyond our control.

  • The Chelsea Cake Co. reserves the right to use photos of your cake(s) without compensation to you.
